We're looking for a new colleague as Process Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Process Specialist to join our Operations department. Our team is renowned for its relentless pursuit of optimization, sharp business acumen, and top-tier quality. The position
As a Process Specialist you will analyze facts and data and collaborate with local teams to achieve results. You will implement and document process changes, identify training needs and train your colleagues in the new processes.

Furthermore, you will:

• Drive process improvements and ensure effective change management
• Provide valuable input for Business Case calculations
• Collaborate with vendors and customers on change projects
• Cross-country cooperation in communities and with local stakeholders

Your profile and qualifications
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and passionate individual with a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. You should drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, be detail-oriented with a keen eye for opportunities, and deliver high-quality insights.

The right candidate also has:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, statistics, operations, or a related field
• Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others as a team player
• Ability to maintain an overview while ensuring accurate work
• To stay ahead of new market trends and technological innovations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with process optimizations in a production or logistics context
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
